Affiliate Disclosure
SheetOps believes in 100% transparency. This page explains our revenue model.
How We Are Funded
SheetOps is a participant in various affiliate advertising programs. This means:
- We may earn a commission if you click links to external tools, software, or courses.
- This comes at no extra cost to you.
- Our primary product is free, verified formula syntax. We use affiliate revenue to keep the server running and the content free.
What Counts as an Affiliate Link?
Affiliate links are clearly labeled and only appear when we mention tools that could help your workflow (for example: spreadsheet add-ons, automation platforms, or analytics utilities).
- Links may be tracked by the vendor to attribute a referral to SheetOps.
- We never accept payment to change a formula, hide limitations, or remove warnings.
- We do not sell your personal data to affiliates.
Editorial Independence
Our formula verification process is independent of any revenue partnerships. Code is code.
We do not alter formula syntax or recommendations based on potential commissions. If a formula is inefficient or deprecated, we will flag it, regardless of any related tool partnerships.
How We Select Recommendations
When we mention tools, we prioritize: reliability, price transparency, and clear documentation. If a tool has a free tier or an alternative, we call it out so you can compare.
Our core content remains independent: formula syntax, limits, and best practices are curated by the SheetOps team.
Questions or Concerns
We welcome feedback about any link or recommendation. If you believe a link is misleading or should be removed, contact us and we will review it promptly.
